We’re Lauren and Brendan — the sibling duo behind Onwards Collective, a Santa Barbara-based video production team passionate about telling meaningful, mission-driven stories.

Whether we're helping a purpose-driven organization share its impact, documenting the spirit of a brand, or crafting elevated social content that connects — our goal is always to create human-centered stories that move people.

Lauren leads our direction and production, with a talent for storytelling and helping people feel at ease and have fun on camera. Brendan is our editor and post-production artist, bringing over 15 years of experience and a unique tactile editing style that blends multimedia, rhythm, and aesthetic.

 

Depending on the scope of the project, we expand our team to include trusted collaborators and production assistants — all creatives who share our values and bring their own spark to the process. Together, we are a true creative collective!
